경남 사천 노룡동 식당 차 돌진
지난 18일 오후 1시 45분쯤 경남 사천시 노룡동의 한 식당, 검은색 승용차 한 대가 식당 입구로 돌진합니다.식당 손님과 직원들은 갑자기 돌진하는 차량에 놀라 황급히 몸을 피합니다.
차량이 식당을 통과하지 못하자 운전자는 급기야 차에서 내리고,
식당 문을 직접 부수고 들어가 난동을 부리다 직원들에게 제압 당합니다.
이 사건으로 다친 사람은 없었지만 가게 주인이 놀라 호흡 곤란을 호소해 병원으로 옮겨졌습니다. 가게 출입문 2곳과 기둥, 유리문 등도 부서졌습니다.
차량 운전자는 40대 A 씨. 아내가 일하는 식당에서 말다툼을 벌인 뒤, 분을 참지 못하고 다시 식당에 찾아가 술에 취한 채 차량으로 식당 구조물 등을 들이받은 혐의를 받고 있습니다. 당시, A 씨의 혈중알코올농도는 면허 취소 수준인 0.152%로 나타났으며, A 씨는 경찰 조사에서 범행 사실을 시인한 것으로 알려졌습니다.
경찰은 특수재물손괴와 음주 등의 혐의로 A 씨에 대해 구속영장을 신청할 예정입니다.
