울산 반려견 사고영상
울산의 한 아파트 단지에서 8세 남자 아이가 개에 물린 사고와 관련해 지인이 당시 정황이 담긴 CCTV 영상을 공개했다.
피해 아동 A군 고모의 지인이라고 밝힌 B씨는 14일 온라인 커뮤니티 ‘보배드림’에 ‘8세 남아가 개에게 습격당해 입원해 있습니다’라는 제목의 글을 올리고 사고 영상도 첨부했다.
사고는 지난 11일 오후 1시20분쯤 일어났다. 울주군의 한 아파트 단지에서 하원하던 A군(8)이 목줄을 안 한 개에게 습격을 당했다. A군은 2분 넘게 개에게 물리며 발버둥쳤고, 뒤늦게 이를 목격한 택배 기사의 도움으로 개에게서 가까스로 벗어났다.
B씨가 공개한 CCTV 영상에는 끔찍했던 당시 상황이 고스란히 담겼다. A군이 개에게 쫓겨 달아나다 결국 붙잡혀 바닥에 나동그라졌고, 개는 2분여 동안 집요하게 A군을 물고 놔주지 않았다.
당시 근처를 지나던 행인이 있었으나 두려움을 느낀 듯 그대로 지나쳤다. 이후 이를 목격한 택배기사가 손수레를 던지면서 위협해 개를 내쫓았다. A군은 개가 떠난 뒤 일어서려다 부상이 심한 듯 다시 넘어지기도 했다.
B씨는 앞서 지나쳤던 행인을 향해 “많이 두려워서 아이의 ‘살려 달라’는 외침에도 돌아설 수밖에 없었을 거라 생각된다”며 “혹시나 같은 상황이 벌어진다면 조금 더 용기를 내서 아이부터 구해주길 부탁드린다”고 호소했다.
그는 이어 “반려견을 키우시는 분들에게도 부탁드린다. 나도 강아지를 키우는 사람이지만, 책임질 수 없다면 반려견을 키우지 말아달라”며 “본인의 무책임으로 한 가족이 받는 고통은 이루 말할 수 없다. 외출시에 목줄, 입마개는 꼭 부탁드린다”고 했다.
A군은 이 사고로 목과 팔, 다리에 큰 부상을 입어 병원 치료를 받고 있다. B씨는 개에게 심하게 물어뜯긴 A군의 목덜미 사진을 첨부하기도 했다.
경찰 조사 결과 견주는 사고가 난 아파트 인근 주민으로, 현장에는 없었다고 한다. 경찰은 견주를 과실치상 혐의로 입건해 정확한 경위 등을 조사 중이다.

The accident happened at around 1:20 p.m. on the 11th. A (8), who was in the House of Representatives at an apartment complex in Ulju-gun, was attacked by a dog without a leash. A struggled for more than two minutes, being bitten by a dog, and managed to get out of the dog with the help of a courier who belatedly witnessed it.
The CCTV video released by B shows the terrible situation at the time. A was chased away by a dog and eventually caught and collapsed on the floor, and the dog persistently held A in his mouth for about two minutes.
At that time, there was a pedestrian passing by nearby, but he passed by as if he was afraid. Later, a courier who witnessed it threw a cart and threatened to kick out the dog. A tried to stand up after the dog left, but fell again as if he was seriously injured.
B appealed to the passerby who had passed by earlier, saying, "I think I had no choice but to turn to the child's cry for help because I was very afraid," adding, "If the same situation occurs, I ask you to pluck up a little more courage and save the child first."
He added, "I ask people who have pets. I am also a person who raises a puppy, but if I can't take responsibility, please don't raise a dog, he said. "The pain that a family suffers from his irresponsibility is indescribable. Please make sure to have a leash and a muzzle when you go out."
A suffered serious injuries to his neck, arms, and legs in the accident and is undergoing hospital treatment. B also attached a photo of A's neck, which was severely bitten by a dog.
According to a police investigation, the dog owner was a resident near the apartment where the accident occurred, and was not at the scene. The police have booked the dog owner on charges of negligence injury and are investigating the exact circumstances.
